Into the Baja Sunset
As afternoon softens into gold, slip from the bay and let the coastline drift behind you. Your chef and sommelier sail with you, plating the sea's own harvest as the sun lowers over the water.

It does not have to. We have spent twenty years putting the most discerning travelers in Los Cabos on the sea. What we are proposing is simple: that the water becomes part of Las Ventanas, not a break from it.
You wake in your villa to the sound of the sea you are about to be on.
No car, no drive. You walk down to the beach in front of the resort, where a tender is waiting on the sand.
A few minutes across the water, and you are aboard. The yacht has been waiting in the cove the whole time.
The lines slip. The resort does not stay behind on the shore. It comes with you.
Lunch is the sea's own, plated by a chef who came from your kitchen at the resort.
The sun lowers over the cape. For one hour, the whole of Baja belongs to you.
The tender returns you to the same stretch of sand. You are home before you have finished telling the story.
At no point did you leave Las Ventanas.
You simply took it to sea.
When conditions allow, your guests never have to leave the property to go to sea. The yacht waits in a protected cove a short way along the shore, and a tender collects them right from the sand. A few minutes across the water, and they are aboard.

For guests who would rather not walk, we collect them at the resort and bring them by Can-Am, down the arroyo beside the golf course, directly to the boarding point.
And on days the sea is restless, or for guests who would simply prefer to drive, a private car kept exclusively for Las Ventanas makes the short transfer to the marina instead. The choice is always theirs, and the journey is always ours.

The soul of Las Ventanas al Paraíso, carried onto the Sea of Cortez.

Anchored in a quiet cove while the day is still new, a leisurely breakfast unfolds on deck. Fresh fruit, warm pastries, Baja coffee, served on calm water with nothing on the horizon but light.

A few minutes across the water by tender, and you are aboard, with the open sea ahead.
Your crew is ready, the deck is set, and the Sea of Cortez opens ahead. You never once leave the world of Las Ventanas.
Prefer to drive, or caught by the weather? A private car, kept exclusively for the resort, is always waiting to make the short transfer to the marina instead. Either way, you are simply expected.

What you just saw is not a concept. It is the newest model from one of the world's most respected builders, delivered new for 2026 and finished to a standard your guests will recognize the moment they step aboard. Nearly twenty seven feet of beam means room to host and quiet corners to disappear into, in equal measure.

A full 360 tour of the Leopard 52. Move through the saloon, the cabins, the helm and the deck, from wherever you are sitting right now.
She sails. When the wind softens, almost silent electric drives take over, drawing on a solar hardtop and regenerating power under way. A quieter, cleaner day on the water, with less fuel and less noise, in keeping with the values your guests, and Rosewood Impacts, already hold.
Built by Robertson and Caine, with more than three thousand Leopard catamarans delivered worldwide, and refined by naval architects Simonis Voogd for ease and stability under way.
Your guests step aboard to a professional captain and crew who handle every detail, quietly and out of sight. A private chef can join for the day, and the galley and bar are stocked to the resort's own standard.
And stowed aboard is a fleet of the finest toys on the water, ready the moment anyone wants them.

The Leopard 52 is yours, your signature vessel, dressed in your name. But some occasions call for something smaller and quicker, and others for something far larger. When they do, the whole of the Otaduy fleet stands behind her, from a nimble day boat to our 34 meter flagship.
One partner, one call, and every yachting need your guests could have is taken care of.
This is not a concept that needs building. The system behind it is running today. Here is what your team and your guests would actually touch.
No phone calls, no waiting to hear back. Your team sees the calendar in real time and confirms the guest on the spot. Try it.
Otaduy operates with full tourism permits and comprehensive insurance. Your guests are never aboard an informal boat, and Las Ventanas is protected, on paper, from the first day.
A branded yacht anchored off the resort is a permanent asset. It is in every suite-view photograph, every guest's feed, every sunset. Earned attention you never have to buy.

Otaduy has operated out of Los Cabos since 2003, a family business built around a single idea: that this coastline deserves to be experienced properly. We run a modern, professionally crewed fleet, maintain every vessel to factory standard, and are already entrusted with the guests of the most demanding resorts in Los Cabos.
My father started Otaduy in Los Cabos in 2003, with one boat and the belief that this coast deserved to be shown properly. Twenty years later, the most demanding resorts on this coast trust us with their guests.
We are not bringing you a boat. We are offering to extend something you have spent decades perfecting, out onto the water, with the same care you would give it yourselves.
We would be honored to show you in person. Come out with us at sunset, and decide on the water.
